WHAT's New In Streets:
– By #City of Box Elder

The 7-person Street Department oversees the care and maintenance of over 36 miles of streets within Box Elder. The streets consist of over 29 miles of concrete or asphalt paved streets and over 6 miles of gravel streets. Annual street maintenance consists of pothole patching, street surfacing maintenance of crack sealing, chip seal surface treatment, pavement overlays, and street reconstruction, traffic sign repair and maintenance, pavement markings, and of course snow plowing in the winter.
