Notice of Vacancy for Planning Commission Seat

            The City is accepting letters for two Planning Commission advisory seats for a five-year term. Planning Commission members must be a resident of the City of Box Elder and may not hold another public office or position within the City of Box Elder.

            Although no specific experience is necessary as prerequisite to this appointment, special consideration will be given to applicants who have experience or education in local government, construction, planning, law, architecture or a related field.

            Letters of application should be addressed to the Mayor and City Council, Attn: Larry Larson, and may either be sent to 420 Villa Drive, Box Elder, SD 57719 or via email at mayor@boxelder.us.
