What's New in Human Resources

Carter and Wayne

Last year, the Human Resources Department was awarded the WorkWell Mental Health Grant from the South Dakota Department of Health. These funds have allowed two of our staff members (Wayne Rasmussen and Carter Smith) to pursue the Mental Health First Aid Instructor Certification. They both recently passed the instructor certification class and can now conduct trainings on the topic of Mental Health First Aid for our staff and the community!

Employees have walked, run, hiked, lunged, and danced their way to higher step counts which leads to more movement and more health benefits!
